Leigh Miller – personal, professional and specialist
dog and horse chiropractic treatment
For nearly 30 years, Leigh has been a fully qualified human and animal chiropractor. Leigh has made the decision to now solely specialise in the treatment of animals. She mostly sees dogs and horses.
Her clients range from grass roots horses to many top level competition horses in all equine disciplines. Leigh was the equine therapist for the Irish eventing team for the 2009 World Equestrian Games, then for the highly rated New Zealand eventing team during the 2012 and 2016 Olympics and the 2014 World Equestrian Games.
Leigh also regularly treats dogs competing in show, agility, obedience and field trials as well as all round working and pet dogs.
Leigh’s chiropractic practice is based in Oxfordshire, where she runs her dog clinics. With an equine client focus within the M4, M40 and M5 triangle. Travel further afield can be arranged.

Could your animal benefit from seeing an animal chiropractor?
Chiropractic treatment for animals usually applies to horses and dogs, but Leigh believes almost any animal can benefit from treatment for injuries, chronic musculoskeletal problems, or simply to maintain animals in peak health.
Here are some common symptoms to look out for when considering chiropractic therapy for your animal.
A horse or dog, for example, may be performing less well while competing or working, develop an uneven gait or show resistance to exercise.
A dog may yelp or cry when jumping into the car or onto the sofa or may shy away from being touched or groomed.
A horse may become irritable whilst being tacked up or groomed.
Or maybe the animal is just behaving uncharacteristically. They are just not themselves.
If any of these symptoms are observed or there is a general change in behaviour with no apparent reason, your animal may require chiropractic treatment.
Animal Chiropractors by law will only work with veterinary permission and will liaise with a range of other para-professionals such as saddlers, dentists, farriers and physiotherapists if required.
